Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns for items in the event if they have any manufacturing flaws, defects, or simply if you do not find items to be satisfactory. Items must be returned to Klassy Kids in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Any item that is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer must have approval from the manufacturer before being returned.
ALL returns must have a copy of the invoice from Klassy Kids inside the box. Customers pay return postage.
Regular priced items must be Returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. ALL sales are final after 21 days. Any item returned after 21 days of original receipt will be returned to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return of Gifts Gifts may be returned if postmarked within 21 days of receipt.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of returns. All Sale and clearance merchandise are final sales. Klassy Kids will not ship unless the billing address and the shipping address is the same. All face mask and costumes,stick Earrings, Dance Tights are final sale.
