Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: We don't have a fraction of our store's inventory on our  new website, but keep coming back often as we are updating it  daily! We are happy to accept returns for items in the event if they have any manufacturing flaws, defects, or simply if you do not find items  to be satisfactory. Items must be returned to Klassy Kids in new, unused  condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.  Any item that  is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer must have approval from the  manufacturer before being returned.  
Please call or contact us  to receive an RA number before returning  items.   ALL returns must have an RA number and a copy of the invoice or an RA  notification from Klassy Kids inside the box.
Regular priced items must  be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of package for a full refund. After the  10th day, a store credit will be issued.  ALL  sales are final after 21 days.   Any item returned after 21 days of original  receipt will be returned to the customerShipping fees are  non-refundable.
All returns postmarked after 5  days of receipt are issued a store credit ONLY. 

Return of Gifts Gifts may be returned for store  credit if postmarked within 10 days of receipt.
NOTE: It is always best  to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery  Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot  be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been  processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of returns. All Sale and clearance merchandise are final sales.
